Royal Enfield Himalayan 750: Could This Be the Brand’s Next Big Adventure?

Royal Enfield might be gearing up for one of its most exciting launches yet, the Himalayan 750. As per reports, the bike could make its global debut at the EICMA Motorcycle Show 2025 in November. This upcoming model is not here to replace the Himalayan 450 but to sit alongside it, offering riders more choice. It is expected to deliver more power than the 450, making it ideal for long-distance touring, open highways, and comfortable city rides. The design is likely to lean towards road-focused adventure, blending comfort and stability while keeping the rugged charm that the Himalayan is known for. Features like dual front disc brakes and a balanced wheel setup should make it equally ready for weekend escapes and daily commutes. Royal Enfield’s design head Steve Everitt has hinted that the two models will cater to different kinds of riders, ensuring each retains its own personality (ZigWheels).

One of the Himalayan 750’s biggest strengths could be its simpler air/oil-cooled engine, which means easier maintenance and lower running costs compared to many big adventure bikes. This setup is ideal for riders who prefer hands-on upkeep or plan to travel far without the worry of complex repairs. The bike will also be Royal Enfield’s first A1-license category model in Europe, opening up adventure riding to younger and newer motorcyclists. The global reveal is expected by the end of this year, with the India launch likely in early or mid-2026. Price expectations hover around ₹4.5 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it as the most powerful 750cc motorcycle to be built in India (BikeWale). Adding to the buzz, Royal Enfield is also testing the Continental GT 750, hinting at an exciting future for its high-capacity bike lineup.
